Ad Placement

We obtain your driver leads for you from our large databases and/or designing professional ads to place in strategic places attracting quality drivers. Since we do this for hundreds of carriers across all 48, we have 1,000's of drivers who receive our email and text alerts 


Efficiency is key. We ask all the important questions you require or request before converting the lead to a prospect. You see all the prospects that we are working for you via a daily report we send.

App & CDL Sent

Prospects are sent a secure DOT Approved Application using our ATS Tenstreet. Drivers upload current documents such as CDL, med card & social. You review the information and send to your insurance. Any concerns are welcomed as feedback and taken into consideration.


Once we confirm your interest in the prospect, we run a MVR, CDLIS, PSP. and other requested consumer reports. Our Specialist analyzes these reports and looks for any disqualifications or red flags per regulations and your requests

Employment verification

Once we have all reports and the driver's application with a 10-year employment history, we go to work. We perform verification of prior  employment & investigate all employment gaps All attempts and replies are performed electronically or via fax for record-keeping purposes.

Forward to Carrier

Once thoroughly screened and all the steps are completed, the driver is passed on to the carrier to be set for a drug test, orientation & road test. We monitor daily progress along the way to ensure the driver has a smooth transition & gets behind-the-wheel.
